Henry Lever Action .22 Magnum

Letters from Lever Action .22 Magnum owners

We own four Henry's - a Golden Boy, a lever action .22, a lever action .22 Magnum, and a U.S. Survival rifle. All are great fun for the family and have never had a problem. The guys at work really like the picture of my wife Shelly shooting the Golden Boy!

Mr. Imperato -

I would like to thank you for your excellent - no, outstanding - attention to your customer's needs. I got busy, and couldn't call on the thirteenth, so I phoned the next morning, the fourteenth, and spoke with a gentleman who couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. We chatted about shooting and the Henry Rifle. He was an amazing ambassador of good-will for your company.

I received the firing pin today (the eighteenth) and it was post marked the fourteenth, the day I called.

I don't know what you're doing, but you are doing it magnificently. You should be giving classes to American manufacturers. If all American business men conducted their activities in the manner which you do, Toyota would still be looking for a market for their cars.

I take my hat off to you, and I thank you.

You folks make some might delicious pieces!

If General Motors had emulated the evident quality of Henry Repeating Arms' design and manufacture, Toyota would be a tinfoil footnote in automotive history.

My compliments!

There's nothing like a Henry !

I have been an avid plinker and small game hunter since 14. I have a Marlin 39A, a Winchester 9422, a Browning 99A. I just bought a Henry.

The other guys gotta be running.

None of them compares to my Henry. The finish and blueing are super. At an unbelieveable price. Made in the USA. How can that be beat?

By the way the accuracy is superb. I won the other guns in a shoot-out. Best score out of 10 shots.

Dear Sir:

I recently purchased your Henry Lever Action .22 to replace my beloved Marlin which had been stolen. I went into the gun store to buy a Browning BLR-22. The salesman showed me the Henry and the Browning. I was incredibly impressed with the Henrys action, fit, finish, and quality. I decided to buy it over the Browning. When I was told the price, I could not believe it! I just assumed it would cost the same as the Browning or maybe even a little more.

I took my 8 year old daughter with me the first time I shot it. She wanted to shoot so I let her. She was tickled with the ease of the action and her ability to hit the majority of the bottles I had set up for her to shoot at. I have ordered her a Henry Youth Model Lever Action. I showed her the Henry Mini-bolt, but she decided she wanted the "cool lever action like yours." Needless to say I am proud of my new Henry, and pleased that my daughter will have one like it to learn with.

I have been shooting for over 30 years and have owned a little bit of every kind and type of rifle, shotgun and pistol in that time. I must say that I have never been as impressed with a gun and its performance, fit, and finish as I am with the Henry. I am now lusting after the Big Boy, but would be even more tempted if it came in .45 Colt.

Thank you and your people for providing high quality firearms at a reasonable price.

I bought a Henry 22 rifle about 2 years ago. I have owned Marlin rifles & Itaca's & by far the Henry is the ultimate rifle thanks for bringing them back.

Hey, hope y'all are doing well. I have a question for you. I own 4 of your amazing rifles, and thought that was going to be enough. Then you brought out a center fire 44 mag, and one in .17 Hornady RF. What's a guy to do? Guess I have to add them to my collection. When do you expect them to be available?

I am a former soldier, a police firearms instructor, and an NRA instructor, with a lot of exposure to a lot of different firearms. None have been the equal of my Henrys, and you will notice I did not say "for the price". I continue to be amazed at the smoothness of my 3 lever action Henrys, I don't see how you folks do it for the prices you charge.. Please find time to convey my congratulations to your employees, these guns are almost beyond belief for non-custom guns.

Or maybe they are just very affordable custom guns. I do have one minor complaint, or suggestion. Your guns, particularly the golden boy, need alarms on them to alert you to the fact that friends or relatives are trying to make off with them. Perhaps some sort of tracking system, or a device capable of delivering a mild shock would work. Of course when you tell them the price, they just go buy their own. Usually. At any rate, thanks for the best firearms purchasing experiences I have had in the 45 years I have been buying and shooting guns. God speed, and keep up the good work.

Thank you ssoooo much. I gave my husband a .22 magnum for our 26th annivercry and he loves it. Thank you for helping me give him the perfect gift.

Sincerly,

Mrs. Duvall

"Thank you so much for your uncommonly personal response to my letter commending your organization for superior quality. (Neither 'organization', nor 'quality' were casually used terms here - fact.)"

"But, professionally, I'm curious about one thing. How did your dad, and then you, so infect the whole organization with your unique personal involvement and enthusiasm/insistence on quality? And how did you succeed in getting the rank-and-file to emulate it 'buy-in' (individually) to the original work ethic of pride as a premier motivator? (I'd love to talk to them.) Nowadays, this places you head-and-shoulders above the competition."

"Thank you for all your assistance; you have been more than helpful. Not only will I do more business with Henry rifles, I will refer anyone I know buying a gun from you. Your customer service department is the best I've ever dealt with. "

Again thanks
