"Thank you so much for your uncommonly personal response to my letter commending your organization for superior quality. (Neither 'organization', nor 'quality' were casually used terms here - fact.)"
"But, professionally, I'm curious about one thing. How did your dad, and then you, so infect the whole organization with your unique personal involvement and enthusiasm/insistence on quality? And how did you succeed in getting the rank-and-file to emulate it 'buy-in' (individually) to the original work ethic of pride as a premier motivator? (I'd love to talk to them.) Nowadays, this places you head-and-shoulders above the competition."

"I just recently purchased one of your rifles, the Henry Golden Boy 22. This is one the finest rifles that I have seen. Perfect weight, good looking, and American made. I have been buying and trading guns for 35 years. This is one gun I am going to keep and give to my granddaughter. Keep up the fine work. I think I will purchase all of your 22 line."
Thanks

"My daughter was looking at your Henry 22 Lever gun in my gun magazines for two years now saying Dad I want that gun. She turned 14 in May of this year 01 and I got her the Henry 22 Lever Action Rifle she'd been reading about for two years. Needless to say she was thrilled. She was with me when I made the purchase in March even though her birthday wasn't until May and she very pleased."
"I then purchased a Bushnell 22 scope for her and made her a rifle rack to hang her rifle in her room at my house."
"I have a shooting range I built on my property with tables 25, 50, and 100 yards."
"I do a lot of shooting both handguns and rifles and I am a reloader too for over 35 years now. I have fired my daughter's Henry many more times than she has due to only a weekend or two a month to visit. I have made 100 yard hits on the steel plates consistently over the oringinal iron sights (I'm 61) and with no problem at all with the scope now on the rifle. The Henry has made a perfect mate for my daughter's 22 Ruger New Model Single Action and kept it all in the Cowboy tradition she wanted it to. As of November 6, 2001 we have fired 2520 rounds in the Henry. I keep records of rounds fired on all of our guns."
"I find your 22 Lever Action Rifle to be exceptionally accurate at all ranges and a pure pleasure to shoot. The action is smooth as silk and the tear down is very simple and easy for total cleaning which I always do after a session of shooting. My daughter researched your rifle for two years reading every article about it in all of my gun magazines before she made her choice. Damn good for she started it at age 12. We are so very pleased with The Henry and recommend it to all shooters and for beginning shooters. It really makes for a wonderful day of shooting and one of pure fun and relaxation."

"Thanks to you I have the Golden Boy in my possession! It is everything that I hoped it would be. My wife and I remarked that the 'hunt' we have had the last nine months has added to the excitement of the ownership. My Christmas stocking is smiling as it hangs on the mantle."
"Someday our only grandson will be the proud owner. We are keeping our correspondence with you to add to the story of this adventure."
"It was indeed a surprise when we noticed that you are the President of the company and that you responded so soon after the two letters we faxed to you. You and your company are to be commended."

"I just discovered the Henry Golden Boy today and bought one for my 12 years old son Justin. He was thrilled and I am very impressed with the workmanship of the rifle. I hunted with an old bolt action 22 as a boy but could have never imagined a rifle like this one. Please keep up the good work, this is excellent American product and your company should be held up as an example of quality American craftsmanship."
Thank You

"The Henry Lever Action 22LR that I purchased is one of the best .22LR that I have ever come across. I'm a NRA Pistol, Rifle and Shotgun Instructor and also teach hunter safety. Enclosed is my target (fig. A) with 3-shots fired as indicated. Bottom line, I have purchased an excellent and may I add accurate rifle. I am proud to own such a gun."

"Friday afternoon, while browsing in a local gun store, I spotted your Golden Boy .22 lever action rifle. I inspected it, for smooth action, finish, imperfections in workmanship on the exterior and price. I compared it to the Winchester and Marling lever action .22 rifles. They were heavier, they were more expensive, but their actions were no more smooth or reliable than your own Golden Boy Rifle. Thus after deliberation on the above factors, I decided to add your rifle to my growing collection"
"Sunday morning, I decided to give the Golden Boy a shooters test for function, reliability, and utmost, accuracy right out of the box, no adjustments being made to the sights."
"Well, to my surprise, the golden performs great and enclose my homemade target attached to a pine stump at 50 feet distance, resting the rifle on a pool table and cushion. You will note, the first shot was a flyer, as I got use to the trigger pull. The other four shots are right in the sweet spot, tho I am aiming a bit low on the bullseyes."
"You are to be complimented in several ways. 1. It's a USA made product, which is becoming rare these days due to NAFTA, GATT and other stupid trade agreements. 2. The workmanship is fine for a not so expensive rifle. 3. The accuracy, workmanship, and price make this a good choice for the beginning and seasoned hunter or target shooter-plinker"
"My only comments would be to use a longer barrel, say 24 inches, to give the rifle a longer profile and carry more shots in the magazine tube and use sling swivel studs, in case a shooter-hunter-plinker wants to use a sling while carrying the rifle about on the range or in the field. This frees up the hands to do other things such as work on targets, climb obstacles, etc. without laying down his or her rifle. Thus, it performs a utilitarian function and a safety feature, so that bystanders cannot handle the weapon and accidentally discharge it, particularly a curious child or the merely meddlesome type."
Sincerely yours,

"I just bought a Henry H001. What a great lever action rifle. The action is smoother than my 7 Marlins and 2 Winchesters. The trigger is a fantastic 2 pounds on my RCBS gauge. Looks, action, trigger, price, plus made is the USA. Thanks to your craftsmen, you have a winner. I am 68 years old and wear trifocal glasses. I shot this enclosed target at our 50 foot indoor range. This is 100 shots with CCI Blazers."
"Next week my 12 years old grandson will get to shoot this rifle. I hope I get it back.."
Thanks Henry,
