Henry Customer Letters
I purchased the Henry Big Boy .44 cal. a couple years ago.All my hunting buddies really enjoyed shooting the gun[me the most]but told me I needed a scope for hunting. Well I proved them all wrong dropping deer in there tracks at 100 yards with open sights! My next purchase will be a smaller caliber Henry for squirrel hunting.
You would be hard pressed to find another company like Henry Repeating Arms in todays age. The owner takes a personal interest in every single consumer, invites them to contact him through his personal email, practices extreme customer service where they will do whatever it takes to make sure the customer is happy, they have live people answering the phone, and best of all they make an American made product, thats right I said American made, that is reliable, accurate, affordable, shoots and looks great. Henry sets the example that all American companies should strive for. Enough said.
Proud Henry Owner
Here it is a Sunday morning on a Memorial Day weekend and the "owner" of Henry is personally answering my email about the part my son broke on his Henry rifle. And he is sending the part to me at no charge ! This kind of customer service disappeared decades ago. I wil be singing Henrys praises from now to eternity.
I own a Henry Big Boy. Shooting CAS.
Has been working just fantastic. Clean match with it last weekend. Great rifle!!
HERE IS A PICTURE OF WHEN I GAVE THE HENRY EAGLE SCOUT EDITION TO MY GRANDSON.
THANK YOU AND ALL THE BEST
I own a .22 LR carbine and a Golden Boy. I have some centerfire lever action carbines and the Henry actions beat them by a mile when it comes to smoothness. The accuracy displayed by both my Henrys is outstanding, as is the overall quality, fit, and finish. And thank you for making them right here in the USA at a time when finding American-made products is becoming increasingly tough. Your products are proof positive that goods made in America can not only match or exceed the quality of foreign goods, but can do so at a very competitive price. Best wishes for your continued success.
I wanted to share this photo with you and let you know that my son Nathan is the proud owner of Henry Golden Boy Eagle Scout rifle s/n ES00034.
My son Nathan is 15 and has just completed the requirements for his Eagle Scout. His award ceremony will be in August.
We visited my dad over Memorial Day weekend where my dad presented Nathan with his Eagle Scout gift - one of your engraved Golden Boys.
My dad and I are proud owners of Henry products.
Keep up the good work.

Thank you for your concern, I did receive your catalog. I purchased a Golden Boy, (H004M), as a gift for my son. I bought it from Middleboro Gun Shop, whom was very helpful, and had the rifle for me in a matter of days. I am 55 years old, and I have owned firearms since I was 13. This is the first Henry I have ever purchased, but it will not be the last. When I took that rifle out of the box, I have to say, the quality and workmanship just blew me away. It is nice to know that there are still true craftsman in this country. I received the personalized reciever cover today, and it is absolutely perfect. A very fine piece of work. I am sure my son will be very pleased, and with hopes, will pass it on to his son, and so on.
I have a Henry Survival rifle and am very proud of it. It shoots very good without missing a shot. You cant find a better semi-auto 22.

Great video interview, Mr. Imperato! And great rifles (I own the Henry Big Boy 44 Magnum)! Lastly, you're a great person! In an age when talk is cheap, you embody not only the American spirit, but what we've lost somewhere along the line, namely, honesty and the hard work ethic. Like you, my word means something, and so does my handshake. You made me a lifelong customer.
Look for my 30-30 purchase at Christmastime. The U.S. would be wise to follow the business model of the Henry Rifle Company.
Many thanks. Sincerely,

We are now proud owners of the Henry Big Boy .45 Colt and Henry Lever Action Octagon Frontier Model .22 LR. Both models are extremely well made, and very accurate out of the box. Both rifle's actions are very smooth. Thank you for producing a American gun that we areproud in owning, and one in which you can be proud in producing.

Here I am with my 11 fine Henry Rifles. I am holding the Big Boy Deluxe II, Serial #6 which I am particularly fond of. Note they are displayed in a revolving stand on which they display well. I am very pleased with my collection of well made Henry Rifles. They not only look good, but the actions are so smooth.
I own one Henry rifle now and will be purchasing another real soon! One of the best things that I ever bought in my life time was my Henry Rifle, love it!
I bought the Henry 22 lever action with a scope about a year ago. I could not be more please with it. I have consistantly hit target bulls eyes at 100 yds and even droped a fox that was at a full run at 70+yds ! I did not get a shot at his traveling companion, but had the cover not been as thick, I am sure I could have dropped the companion also. It was an instant kill with a clean heart shot. Thank you for making an exceptional rifle.
We finally got Dad to sit down for some pictures with the Personalized Henry Golden Boy rifle we purchased about a year ago in Sept 2009. Dad (Joe) says thanks again! And God Bless you & our Troops.

Dear Mr Imperato
I am enclosing this letter and two photos to personally thank you for the outstanding communication and service from you and your company in my purchase of two Henry H009B 30-30 rifles. Upon receiving the rifles and observing their beautiful workmanship, I decided to give both rifles to my daughter and her husband as gifts from me. All this left me with one problem - I had no rHenry rifle for myself ! So I then called Rileys Sport Shop and asked them to find me another H009B. Again I thank you for your outstanding service !

Dear Mr Imperato,
Not too long ago, I wrote to you in regards of purchasing a Henry youth model .22 cal for my son's 12th birthday as of May 28th, 2010.Since that time, I have taken him out on numerous occasions, shooting gophers. It did not take me long to realize how accurate of a shot he is with his Henry, hitting his target most of the time. He truly loves his rifle and I believe I have made a right choice in the Henry rifle.
We reside in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada. Saskatchewan, being one of the three Canadian prairie provinces, is overwhelmed with gophers, which is a menace to our grain farmers. Also known as the "Richardson ground squirrel", these critters are a plague to grain fields, costing agriculture millions of dollars damage.
As promised, I have included a couple of pictures of my son and his Henry & the infamous gopher, the Richardson ground squirrel.

My Son Erik, loves his Henry and it's a father's joy to be able to go to the gun range and have him next to me. My son is growing so fast and time is so short. Thank God you have built a great rifle for youths. I expect that he will have fond memories of our time spent at the range and pass it on to his family. Thank the Henry Repeating Arms Company for being part of our family.

~ GOD BLESS
I am writing in appreciation of the outstanding job the customer service department at Henry Repeating Arms Company did regarding the issue I had. Even though it was my own fault. I had barely finished stating my problem when the lady on the other end of the phone advised me she would put the replacement parts in the mail at no cost to me. I was truly shocked. Apparently this is the way this company is run with customer service being a top priority. I am 50 years old and have been hunting, target shooting and collecting guns most of my life. I cant remember the last time I was treated with this level of respect and professionalism by a large company. Keep up the good work because this is what Made In The U.S.A is supposed to mean. Oh and just so the Lady I spoke with gets the Job Well Done.
