Henry Customer Letters
I purchased a Golden Boy several months ago and am very pleased with the look, feel, heft and accuracy of this rifle. Out of the box I was snapping twigs at 20 paces. I would have emailed sooner but I just got this computer, guns first other stuff later. To Everyone in Brooklyn, Keep up the Good Work!"
More to the point, thank you for resurrecting a lost piece of American History! Henry still remains the first repeating rifle which opened the gates for all modern day repeating firearms. Thank you for keeping our history alive. All Americans own you a debt of gratitude - even those anti-gun people. The Golden Boy was great when I wrote you. That was before I had the opportunity to take it to the range. Now it is better than great - terrific! I cannot say enough about it. The Henry even outperforms my Winchester 9422, and I never though that I would make that statement. I have purchased two Henrys, including on standard H001 Henry Lever Action. They are for my newborn grandson to give him give a rifle with American history behind it. Good luck and God Bless."
I took it out today, for the first time since I purchased it. I shot a little more than 450 rounds through it today. It was right on target out of the box. The adjustable sights were easy to use and I was able to quickly determine the sight alignment and place the rounds on the target from 25 to 75 yards."
"I have always wanted to own a lever action. The price has always been a stumbling block. My first rifle was a Remington single shot bolt action youth model which I received for Christmas 33 years ago and still own today. It is the only .22 I have owned until I saw this rifle at our local Walmart store. The price was unbelievable, for a lever action, and I bought it immediately upon seeing it."
"I have carried on about the price of this gun to everyone I have run into. I must say that I'll also be raving about the smoothness of the action after shooting it today. As a law enforcement officer I have fired many types of guns and I never have encountered one with an action as smooth as this one. "

My son and I shoot at a small outdoor range in Sumter, South Carolina. We are always showing his rifle off to other shooters out there. I have to tell you that it has the smoothest action of any rifle I have, and I don't know how you all can did it but the absolute best for the money !"

A truly fine specimen of a gun it is! I did not know that it was voted gun of the year by the Gun & Ammo readers until I purchased it. I love the fine finished. I really like the octagon shaped barrel, brass receiver, and brass end plate on the stock. It reminds me of the old west. Mr. B Tyler Henry really knew what he was doing, when engineered the lever action. The cartridges flow into the chamber with ease! I cleaned it real good on Saturday night and tried it out on Sunday. I encourage all that want a .22 caliber to give the Henry Golden Boy a try. A fine fun it is. I never want it to leave my possession. It shoots a target ((dead center)) with ease. I have never in my lifetime saw a gun on the market that looked so gorgeous that was so affordable. Thanks for making such a fine crafted gun!"
Recently my dear wife purchased a new Henry rifle for my collection of firearms. Although I am an avid shooter as well as minor collector, this was my first time with a Henry rifle. I am most happy to say I was not one bit disappointed! In fact it has now taken the front position in my cabinet. However, I must keep it under lock and key as I have several friends and brother-in-laws who would love nothing better then to borrow it and forget to return it! Most of them have other rifles, but none that can compare to the ease of use or the accuracy of this lever action .22."
"All I can say is that I am as proud as a new father and rest assured this rifle will remain in my collection and be handed down to my grandson!"

I cannot wait. Thanks for a wonderful made in the USA product keep up the good work."
I have a 10 year old son that I bought the gun for and he is to say the least excited every time we go out shooting varmints or targets. There is only one problem. I am constantly hearing my son say "Dad, when will I get to shoot it!" Your company and all of your employees deserve a well earned pat on the back. I am glad to see that America still makes the best products in the world. I will continue to make praises to you through my friends."

The year was 1948. Two months ago I walked into a Sporting Goods store here in Iowa intending to buy a rifle sling. Almost immediately, one of your Golden Boys caught my eye. I left the store with the Henry Rifle, not the sling. You are right on, it is "the rifle that brings out the West" in me. Congratulations, guys and gals on a most outstanding work of art. I love to shoot it, but sometimes I just sit and hold it and dream-ride my old horse "Sunday" back to some very fond memories. Thanks."
I fired your Henry today. I give it a "ten" plus. It shoots as well as any bolt action that I own and it has the best trigger."
These shots were fired at Bass Pro Shops Indoor range with CCI Stinger Ammo. The 25 yd and 50 yd shot groups are unbelievable, even to the experts at the range. Thanks again"

The reason was very sweet. He remembered me saying that I always wanted one. And we will be married 25 years this June. So many women may think this is more a gift for my husband. I know better. Any way I shot it for the first time today. And I have never shot a gun that as soon as I shot it my first thought was to write the manufacture a thank you note. It is such a nice rifle. I truly enjoy it. Thank you again."
I have been using it for Raccoon and Opossum hunting. I use Remington ammunition."
I said a Golden-Boy .22 Henry Rifle and would you believe she took me and bought me one. My brother has one and ever time I go to his house I ask to see the Henry. Now I own one and what superb craftsmanship on this gun. I can only imagine one in 22 Hornet or 223. But for now I am like a little boy with his first rifle. Thanks for one heck of a rifle. You made this man's day."

They were all left over from the Civil War, very worn and very expensive. Now I own a new one built with the same quality and all American, I love it."
It was so she could compete in the .22 rimfire section of our island Lever Action Champs, held in our village each year, as she finds 44/40's etc. difficult. It is by far the best value, smoothest action and straight shooting .22 Lever Action that I have ever had the pleasure to fire in 35 years of professional & sport shooting. Thank you."

The accuracy was impressive also. A crisp break in the trigger pull makes tight groups easy. Right out of the box and into the field. Looks good. Feels good. Shoots good. Is good. Keep up the fine work. You have an outstanding product."

I love the way it shoots and the accuracy is super. My mother loves it, which she has never said about the other guns I shoot. When I bought it we had no idea that the quality was this good. I am a very satisfied customer."
"Fired at a distance of 9 yards the group may not be remarkable unless one realizes that at age 65 and wearing bifocal glasses, the sights were completely out of focus if not invisible to my eyes."
"Under those conditions it is my opinion that accuracy could be termed as superb! The rifle is a work of art to look at and its action is buttery smooth what one would expect from Olympic target guns."
"To say I am happy with the rifle is to understate my feelings. It is safe to say it will easily be my favorite .22 rifle of my collection."
"Henry Arms is to be congratulated on deciding to produce the 'Goldenboy' and for its beauty, workmanship, and accuracy."

"In this day and age one doesn't usually receive such service and I feel praise is in order when a company comes through with such flying colors... I would be happy to recommend your product and your service at any time."
